Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Most major centres in South Africa receive parcels in 2–4 business days; outlying areas take 5–7.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over R750 ship free anywhere in South Africa.
What is your returns policy?
30 days, unused and in original packaging. See our Returns page for full details.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All electrical items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within South Africa only. International shipping is coming soon.
