If something isn't right, send it back within 30 days for a refund or exchange — unused and in original packaging.
How to return
- Email returns@zerolivingco.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and a shipping address within one business day.
- Once we receive the parcel, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Faulty items
Manufacturing defects within 12 months are replaced or fully refunded — return shipping is on us.
Not eligible
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original packaging
- Hygiene-sealed products that have been opened
